Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of PourBridge. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using PourBridge, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
What PourBridge provides
PourBridge is a personal food-and-drink discovery and pairing companion. Features may include drink and food taste profiles, drink tracking, ratings, favorites, tasting notes, food preferences, pairing history, personalized recommendations, product discovery, food-and-drink pairings, photo-assisted product identification, and AI-generated explanations.
Responsible use and no health advice
PourBridge provides taste, discovery, and pairing information for informational and entertainment purposes. PourBridge does not provide medical, health, safety, nutritional, or other professional advice. PourBridge does not provide personalized guidance about how much alcohol a person can or should consume, safe-drinking limits, intoxication thresholds, or whether alcohol is appropriate for a particular person's health or circumstances.
You are responsible for your decisions, applicable laws, and safe conduct. Do not drink and drive or operate vehicles or machinery while impaired. If you need medical or health guidance, consult an appropriate qualified professional.
Recommendations, AI, and product information
PourBridge may use automated systems and third-party artificial-intelligence services to help generate recommendations, descriptions, pairings, product identification, and explanations. AI and recommendation results can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation. PourBridge does not guarantee the existence, availability, price, inventory, ingredients, allergen information, alcohol content, or other characteristics of a third-party product.
Before purchasing or consuming a product, verify important information directly from the producer, retailer, label, or another reliable source.
Food, ingredients, and allergens
PourBridge may suggest foods, dishes, ingredients, cocktails, or pairings, but it is not an allergy, dietary, food-safety, or nutrition service. Users are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, dietary restrictions, preparation requirements, and other safety information that matters to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and promptly contact PourBridge Support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and Premium
Some PourBridge features may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, trial or promotional terms if applicable, and other purchase terms are shown by the applicable app store before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the app store's terms. You can manage or cancel an Android subscription through Google Play's subscription management tools.
Deleting your PourBridge account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. If you do not want an active subscription to renew, cancel it separately through the applicable app store. Refunds, billing, renewal, and cancellation are also subject to applicable app-store policies.
Third-party products and services
PourBridge may identify or discuss third-party beverage products, food products, producers, brands, retailers, websites, or services. Product names, trademarks, and related rights belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, a listing or recommendation does not mean PourBridge is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the applicable third party.
User content
You may provide ratings, tasting notes, preferences, photos, feedback, and other content. You retain your rights in content you provide. You give PourBridge permission to process, store, display back to you, synchronize, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse PourBridge, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, abuse automated features, or use PourBridge in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Availability and changes
PourBridge may change, add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature, recommendation, product, or service will always be available or error-free.
Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account using PourBridge's in-app Delete Account feature. Additional information is available on the Account Deletion page. PourBridge may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal compliance, or security, including for material violations of these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PourBridge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or perfect accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, PourBridge and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as PourBridge evolves. We will post a revised effective date and provide additional notice or consent where required by applicable law.
